Ethical Code

Avionord s.r.l. declares that it has adopted the Ethical Code and the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, and therefore requires its suppliers, employees, and collaborators to perform their services for Avionord Srl in accordance with the behavioral principles outlined in the Ethical Code itself.

Whistleblowing

Avionord has established specific channels through which it is possible to report violations that the whistleblower has become aware of in the workplace, arising from non-compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Organization and Management Model adopted pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, as well as specific acts and sectors of the European Union.
The Company protects the whistleblower from any form of retaliation or discrimination, whether direct or indirect, for reasons related to a report and ensures maximum confidentiality regarding the identity of the whistleblower and the content of the report.
